2-4 tablespoons chamomile honey syrup

3/4 water

1/3 cup honey

1-2 Chamomile tea bags

2 oz. tequila

4 fresh strawberries

Sparkling water

Crushed ice

Directions-

For the Chamomile Honey Syrup combine water and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a low boil. Simmer for one minute then remove from heat. Add a tea bag, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Cool completely then store in fridge.

For drinks add the grapefruit juice, chamomile syrup, tequila, and strawberries to a glass. Use a muddler to gently push the strawberries down until they release juice and are lightly smashed. Add in ice, then sparkling water to top it off. Give your drink a gentle stir and then finish it off with a garnished strawberry.
