Accessibility Statement
The Outback Series wants every customer to be able to shop, learn about our products and get help on outbackpainrelief.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and meeting them helps make the site easier to use for everyone.
What we have done
- A "Skip to main content" link and a clear page structure with headings and landmarks.
- Full keyboard access with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- English captions on our video content.
- Text and button colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Layouts that adapt to phones and browser zoom, and reduced animation for visitors who turn on the "reduce motion" setting on their device.
- Regular testing with automated tools (axe) plus manual keyboard checks on our key pages: home, offers, product, collection and cart.
Known limitations
Some features on our site are provided by third parties, including customer reviews, subscription options and the Shopify checkout. We choose vendors that support accessibility and we report problems to them when we find them, but we do not control every part of their code. If anything on the site gets in your way, please contact us and we will help you directly.
