When my now occasional, less painful headaches come (formerly frequent, very painful headaches), I will take an additional capsule along with an extra turmeric capsule and one directed dose of ibuprofen - wipes it right out! Thank you!
(I have also tried your Outback Pain Relief oil for muscle pain. It did not work as well for me. Perhaps I did not consistently and frequently apply it enough?)

I purchased this product because I wanted a magnesium supplement that did not cause diarrhea. This product provides magnesium that is well absorbed and therefore avoids this unpleasant side effect. Here's the thing - I supplemented for bone health. But after 2 or 3 days, I noticed that the hot flashes I'd been suffering from for the last several years COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED!!!! I feel like I got my life back - can't say enough. This can't be placebo effect because I didn't know that magnesium has been shown to help with this distressing part of menopause until AFTER I noticed the hot flashes were gone. They weren't reduced - they were GONE! I then looked into it and found the connection. Now I am telling all my age peers who have been told to put up with hot flashes or take expensive or risky medications - MAGNESIUM is our answer! Don't look for this to be widely published. BIG PHARMA won't be making any money on it, so research dollars won't be spent on research in this area and this info will be squelched. Enough studies have been published though, and it can't hurt to try it yourself, since most Americans are deficient in this mineral due to depletion of magnesium from the soil our foods grow in. Hubby has restless legs syndrome. He had just seen his doctor, but forgot to mention this! Well, he has other issues so.... he takes prescription meds already for other issues, I just hated the thought of adding another, due to side effects. I’m an internet junkie, so I looked up restless legs and found that magnesium helps this. Outback made sense, being most absorbable and therefore effective. He took 3 at bedtime. Guess what?! First night where he didn’t steal my covers! His restless legs weren’t restless at all! His major health issue causes him to want to do everything quickly. He requires a walker to walk, he has balance issues. For this, he has physical therapy. His therapist has commented that he seems more calm and his therapy is improving. He takes 3 of these every night. Small price to pay for significant life improvement! Our daughter is a supplement specialist, she gasped when I told her about these, she already knew that they’re the best magnesium product available. My internet addiction paid off in a big way. After hubby taking this supplement for 2 months now, I’m convinced that no prescription would have been more effective.
