Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase. You are charged once for what you pick above, nothing recurring, no auto-refill, and no account to cancel later. When you run out, you come back and order again, or you do not.
What does it feel like going on?
Almost nothing. A light eucalyptus smell for ten or fifteen minutes, then gone. If you are expecting the burn or the freeze you get from a drugstore tube, this will feel underwhelming on day one. That is the point of it.
How long before I know if it works?
Give it a full week, twice a day, on the same spot. Some people notice it the first night. Plenty do not notice until day four or five. If a week goes by and nothing changes, that is what the refund is for.
Which size should I get?
The roll-on for one or two specific spots. The spray for anywhere you cannot easily reach, like a back or a shoulder. The pump for large areas or daily full-body use, and it is the cheapest per mL by a distance.
Can I use it with my medication?
It is four plant oils applied to the skin, but we are not your doctor. If you are on anything or managing a condition, ask your pharmacist or physician before you start.
How long does a bottle last?
Used twice a day on one or two spots, a 50mL roll-on runs about a month. The 150mL spray about three months. The 300mL pump about six.
